1. Acceptance of terms

By browsing or purchasing on VAYNO, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Registration and responsibility

You are responsible for providing correct and complete data and for keeping your password secure. Using third-party data without authorization is prohibited. People under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

3. Orders and payment

• The order is confirmed only after payment approval;
• Pix must be paid within 30 minutes; boletos expire on the date shown;
• We may cancel orders due to suspected fraud, inconsistent data or lack of stock, with a full refund;
• A security review may request data confirmation.

4. Prices and stock

Prices and promotions may change without prior notice and are valid only at checkout. In case of pricing errors or stock shortage, we will notify you and issue a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are described on the "Shipping & Delivery" page. Any import fees are the customer responsibility, as described on the "Taxes & Import Fees" page. Risk of loss after delivery to the informed address belongs to the customer.

6. Exchanges, returns and warranty

The complete rules are stated in the Returns & Exchanges Policy and the Warranty page, including the 7-day withdrawal right and the 90-day legal warranty.

7. Intellectual property

Texts, photos, videos, logos and the layout of VAYNO are protected by law and may not be reproduced without authorization.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for outages caused by third parties (internet, financial institutions, postal services), misuse of products or indirect damages. In any case, our obligations and your rights under the Consumer Protection Code remain guaranteed.

9. Applicable law
