• Picking, quality check and packing: 1 to 3 business days;
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing on the next business day;
• As soon as the order ships, you receive the tracking code by email.

• We do not offer cash-on-delivery shipping.

How to track your order

3. 3Click the tracking link to check directly on Google or the postal service website.

Did not receive the shipping email within 5 business days of purchase? Check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Delivery address

• Double-check street, number, apartment/building, district and ZIP before checking out;
• Up to 2 delivery attempts are made; if nobody is home, the order goes to the nearest post office for pickup;
• If the order returns due to a wrong address or missed pickup, the cost of re-shipping is paid by the customer.
