90-day legal warranty

You have 90 (ninety) calendar days from delivery to claim a manufacturing defect on durable goods, according to Article 26, II, of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
What is covered
- Material or manufacturing defects appearing under normal use;
- Watch movement malfunctions not caused by impact;
- Buckles, clasps and stitching with manufacturing defects;
- Failures already present at the time of delivery.
What is not covered
- Misuse, drops, scratches and normal wear and tear;
- Water contact on products without a water-resistance rating;
- Repairs or modifications made by third parties;
- Battery after the warranty period and damage caused by inadequate return packaging.
How to claim the warranty
- 1Email contato@vayno.com or message WhatsApp not configured with your order number, photos and a short video of the defect;
- 2Our team replies within 2 business days with the assessment;
- 3If the defect is confirmed, you return the item following our instructions;
- 4We repair or replace it; if repair is not possible within 30 days, you may choose a similar product or a full refund.
